This is a very gentle relaxing treatment, a total godsend for all 'preggies'. I heard that reflexology had something like a 70% success rate at naturally inducing labour so as my due date had come and gone I gave it a try. It was really pleasant – a ‘me’ time and a perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy my baby. It also helped me to sleep well after each treatment.

Just a note to say a 'BIG' thank you for my Reflexology during my pregnancy. It helped me through the final stage of my pregnancy and helped me to relax and feel able to continue working. I ended up giving birth naturally, to my first child, after only 3 hours of labour, and only had to use Gas and Air during the final stages. I am convinced that your Reflexology helped me to relax throughout and resulted in a short and stress free labour. I would definitely recommend Reflexology to other pregnant ladies.
